Do you ship internationally? How long does it take? We ship throughout Europe. For shipments outside of Europe, please contact us via private message, and we will manage your order personally.

How long will it take for my order to arrive? As soon as we receive your order, we start manufacturing it. For mouthpieces, this process can take up to 3 business days.
Shipments within Spain usually take between 2-4 business days from the time of manufacture. For other European countries, it takes between 5-8 business days. We will send you a tracking number so you can track your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order once it has been placed? If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via email. If it has not yet been shipped, we will be able to make the necessary changes.

3D PRINTED MOUTHPIECES
Do the mouthpieces sound the same as traditional metal ones? 3D printed mouthpieces offer a slightly different sound than traditional metal. They produce a warmer, softer timbre, with less metallic brilliance. Many musicians appreciate this warmth for certain musical styles or for extended practice sessions.
Are they safe for health? Is the material toxic or can it cause allergies? Yes, they are completely safe. We use food-grade, non-toxic, and BPA-free biodegradable materials. They do not cause known allergies and are safe for prolonged contact.
How long do they last? Do they wear out faster than metal ones? With proper care, our mouthpieces have an excellent lifespan. Although they are less resistant to strong impacts than metal, with normal use they can last for years. They are ideal for daily practice, students, and musicians looking for lightweight alternatives.
Can I wash them with soap and water or will they deteriorate? Yes, you can wash them with warm water and mild soap. Avoid very hot water (over 60°C) as the material can deform with excessive heat. Dry them well after cleaning.
What happens if I drop it? Are they more fragile than metal ones? The material is resistant to normal drops, but it is more susceptible to breakage from strong impacts compared to metal. We recommend storing them in their protective case when not in use.
Do you offer different sizes and models for trumpet, trombone, tuba, etc.? Yes, we manufacture mouthpieces for all brass instruments: trumpet, trombone, tuba, euphonium, French horn, flugelhorn, etc. We have different sizes and specifications according to your needs.
Why should I choose a 3D printed mouthpiece instead of a traditional one? Additionally, they are a more sustainable and ecological option.
Can they be customized (colors, engravings, initials)? Yes! We offer complete customization: choice of colors, personalized engravings, initials, band logos, and even shape modifications according to your preferences. We also do special customizations for bands and ensembles.
Do you have a warranty or return policy? We offer a 30-day warranty. If you are not satisfied, you can return it within this period (return shipping costs are borne by the customer).
Are they lighter? Does that affect the way you play? Yes, they are significantly lighter than metal ones. This may require a short adaptation period, but many musicians appreciate the weight reduction, especially during long sessions or marches.

Is it compatible with all marching band stands? Our magnetic holder is specifically designed to attach to traditional marching band stands, perfectly adapting to their standard structure.
Are the magnets strong enough to hold the device with wind or movement while marching? Yes, we use high-power magnets that keep your device (e-reader or smartphone) firmly attached even with moderate wind and during marching movement. They have been tested in real conditions.
What is the maximum weight of devices it can hold? The holder can comfortably hold standard-sized e-readers and smartphones (up to approximately 11/12 inches).
Can it also be used on normal rehearsal/concert music stands? The holder is specifically optimized for traditional marching band stands. Its compatibility with rehearsal or concert music stands will depend on the specific design of each stand.
How is it installed? Is it easy to attach and remove? Very easy. It attaches to the marching stand in seconds. You can quickly attach and remove your device thanks to the magnetic system.
Does it damage the device or leave marks? No, the magnetic system is designed to be safe with electronic devices.
Does it include everything needed or do I have to buy something separately? The holder includes everything needed for immediate installation and use: the stand attachment base and the magnetic plate that adheres to your device. However, we offer the option to purchase additional magnetic plates if necessary.
Does it work in rain or humid conditions? The holder is made with moisture-resistant materials. However, you should protect your electronic device from rain using appropriate waterproof covers.
How much does it measure/weigh? Is it comfortable to transport? The holder weighs only 70 grams, making it extremely light and compact. It is specifically designed to facilitate transport with your instrument and marching equipment without adding significant weight to your backpack.
Is it compatible with protective cases for the device? Yes, the adhesive magnetic plate can be placed on compatible cases, although we recommend cases that are not too thick to ensure maximum magnetic adhesion.
Does the adhesive on the magnetic plate damage my tablet/mobile? No, we use quality adhesives that allow the plate to be adhered and removed without leaving residue or damaging the surface of your device or case.
