Do you ship internationally? How long does it take? We ship throughout Europe. For shipments outside of Europe, contact us via private message and we will manage your order in a personalized way.
Do you offer customization for musical groups? Yes, we offer the possibility for the musicians in your group to enjoy fully customized products.
Do you offer discounts for bands or group purchases? Yes, we offer special discounts for bands and group purchases. Additionally, orders over €75 get free shipping.
Where can I see testimonials from other musicians who use your products? You can find reviews and testimonials from musicians who already use our products on our social media channels.
How can I place an order? You can place your order directly through our website. If you have any questions or need personalized advice, contact us via private message or social media.
How long does it take for my order to arrive? As soon as we receive your order, we begin manufacturing it. In the case of mouthpieces, this process can take 1 to 4 working days.
Shipments within Spain usually take between 2-4 working days from the moment of manufacture. For other European countries, between 5-8 working days. We will send you a tracking number so you can track your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order once placed? If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible via our email. If it has not yet been shipped, we will be able to make the necessary changes.

3D PRINTED MOUTHPIECES
Do the mouthpieces sound the same as traditional metal ones? 3D printed mouthpieces offer a sound slightly different from traditional metal. They produce a warmer and softer timbre, with less metallic brightness. Many musicians appreciate this warmth for certain musical styles or for long practice sessions.
Are they safe for health? Is the material toxic or can it cause allergies? Yes, they are completely safe. We use non-toxic, food-grade biodegradable materials. They do not cause any known allergies and are safe for prolonged contact.
How long do they last? Do they wear out faster than metal ones? With proper care, our mouthpieces have an excellent service life. Although they are less resistant to strong impacts than metal, with normal use they can last for years. They are ideal for daily practice, students, and musicians looking for lightweight alternatives.
Can I wash them with soap and water or will they deteriorate? Yes, you can wash them with warm water and mild soap. Avoid very hot water (more than 60°C) as the material can deform with excessive heat. Dry them well after cleaning.
What happens if I drop it? Are they more fragile than metal ones? The material is resistant to normal drops, but it is more susceptible to breakage from strong impacts compared to metal.
Do you offer different sizes and models for trumpet, trombone, tuba, etc.? Yes, we manufacture mouthpieces for all brass instruments: trumpet, trombone, tuba, euphonium, and French horn. We have different sizes and specifications depending on your needs.
Why should I choose a 3D printed mouthpiece instead of a traditional one? Our mouthpieces offer several advantages: they are lighter, reduce fatigue during long sessions, are more affordable, customizable, and offer a unique, warm timbre. Furthermore, they are a more sustainable and eco-friendly option.
Can they be customized (colors, engravings, initials)? Yes! We offer complete customization: choice of colors, custom engravings, initials, band logos, and even shape modifications according to your preferences. We also offer special customizations for bands and groups.
Do you have a warranty or return policy? In our Essentials range, we offer a 14-day return guarantee (return shipping costs are borne by the customer). In the Customized range, as it is a made-to-measure product, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
Are they lighter? Does that affect playing? Yes, they are significantly lighter than metal ones. This may require a short adjustment period, but many musicians appreciate the weight reduction, especially during long sessions or marching.

Is it compatible with all marching music stands? Our magnetic mount is designed specifically to attach to traditional marching music stands, adapting perfectly to their standard structure.
Are the magnets strong enough to hold the device in wind or motion while I march? Yes, we use high-power magnets that keep your device (ebook or smartphone) firmly held even in moderate wind and during marching movement. They have been tested in real conditions.
What maximum weight of device can it hold? The mount can comfortably hold standard-sized ebooks and smartphones (up to approximately 11/12 inches).
Can it also be used on normal rehearsal/concert stands? The mount is optimized specifically for traditional marching stands. Its compatibility with rehearsal or concert stands will depend on the specific design of each stand.
How is it installed? Is it easy to attach and detach? Very easy. It attaches to the marching stand in seconds. You can quickly attach and detach your device thanks to the magnetic system.
Does it damage the device or leave marks? No, the magnetic system is designed to be safe for electronic devices.
Does it include everything necessary or do I have to buy something else? The mount includes everything needed for its installation and immediate use: the base that attaches to the stand and the magnetic plate that adheres to your device. However, we offer the option of purchasing additional magnetic plates if necessary.
Does it work in rainy or humid conditions? The mount is made with moisture-resistant materials. However, you should protect your electronic device from rain using suitable waterproof covers.
How much does it measure/weigh? Is it comfortable to transport? The mount weighs only 70 grams, making it extremely light and compact. It is designed specifically to facilitate transport along with your instrument and marching gear without adding almost any weight to your backpack.
Is it compatible with protective cases for the device? Yes, the adhesive magnetic plate can be placed on compatible cases, although we recommend not using very thick cases to ensure maximum magnetic adhesion.
Does the adhesive of the magnetic plate damage my tablet/mobile? No, we use quality adhesives that allow you to attach and remove the plate without leaving residue or damaging the surface of your device or case.
